At Richbay, your satisfaction matters to us. If your purchase does not meet expectations, we’re here to help. Please review the guidelines below to understand our return, refund, and after-sales process.
1) Eligibility for Returns
We may accept a return if all of the following conditions are met:
• The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, protective materials, and components are included
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
For quality and hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of:
• Wear, scratches, stains, or damage
• Missing components
• Opened or broken seals (where applicable)
2) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Used or installed products
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
• Gift cards
• Complimentary or promotional items
• Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear
• Opened consumable or cleaning-related products (if applicable)
3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Kindly provide:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging (including outer box and shipping label)
After review, we may offer a suitable resolution, such as replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund.
4) How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5) Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to our confirmed error (such as a defective or incorrect item), return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Richbay is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
6) Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
• Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our verified error
7) Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
8) Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe:
• Review your bank or card statement again
• Contact your card issuer (processing times vary)
• Check with your bank for pending transactions

9) Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
If you need to cancel:
• Contact us as soon as possible
• If the order has not yet shipped, cancellation may be possible
• If the order has already shipped, it must follow the standard return procedure (if eligible)
10) Return Address
All returns must be authorized in advance. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address (if applicable).
